Shipping Services

We ship all orders worldwide using DHL, our trusted courier partner.
All shipments are fully insured, covering loss, damage, or issues during transit.

Processing Times

Because our products are handmade, please allow time for production before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the item ordered, and made-to-order items may take longer.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Handling fees

These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon entry to the destination country.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs processing.

Unpaid Customs Charges

If customs or import fees are not paid by the customer, your package may be returned to us by the courier.
If this happens, we will contact you once it arrives back.
You will be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost before we can send the item out again.
