Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* In the same condition you received it
* Unworn or unused
* With all original tags
* In its original packaging
* Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can also contact us anytime at the email above if you have questions about the return process.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
* The item is defective
* The item is damaged
* You received the wrong item
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Where possible, please include photos, as these help us file a claim with the courier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
* Sale items
* Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
* If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
* Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Aero Orders (Made-to-Order Items)
All aero products are made to order.
* If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
* If production has not yet started, we can issue a refund.
* If production has already begun, we cannot issue a refund.

Shipping & Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against:
* Damage
* Missing items
* Customs-related non-delivery


If an aero item is returned to us due to the buyer being unreachable or failing to respond to customs/delivery communication, the buyer will be responsible for paying for re-shipping.
